1. Introduction

Welcome to ÖkoVision Training. These terms govern purchases of services, digital materials, and physical products offered via okovisionup.com. By using any offering, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

2.1 Scheduling and Changes

All training sessions are scheduled at mutually agreed times. If you need to change a session, please inform us at least 7 days before the appointment via our contact form. Change requests submitted later may not be accepted.

2.2 Refunds for Services

Cancellations made at least 7 days before a session qualify for a full refund of the fee paid. To request a refund, submit your details and reason via our contact form. Approved refunds are issued within 14 days to the payment source. Cancellations made less than 7 days before a session are not eligible for a refund, as resources and personnel have been committed to delivery.

3. Digital Materials

3.1 Access and License

Upon purchase, you receive a limited, nontransferable right to view and use the digital materials for personal or professional development. You may not share, publish, or distribute these materials.

3.2 Refunds for Digital Materials

If you have not downloaded or accessed the content, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Submit your request through our contact form. Once you download or begin using the materials, no refund is possible due to digital delivery.

4. Physical Products

4.1 Shipping and Delivery

Physical items are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on location.

4.2 Refunds for Physical Products

If a product is unsatisfactory, you may send it back within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To begin the process, contact us via our contact form. Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
